Currently, he serves as the Head of the Transport System Digitalization Division at the Main Department for Transport and Road Infrastructure Development of Tashkent City.

Main Functional Duties of the Head of the Transport System Digitalization Division

1. Digital Management and Technology Implementation

In cooperation with the State Institution “Monitoring and Control of Passenger Transportation of Tashkent City” and the LLC “Automated Transport Payment System Operator” (ATTO):

• introduce modern ICT tools, navigation (GPS) and remote-control systems, and online data collection mechanisms for urban passenger transport management;

• integrate passenger transport enterprises with the Automated Dispatch Management System (ASDUM);

• organize a unified automated dispatch control system based on information technologies.

2. Automated Payment System and Monitoring

• ensure the phased implementation of an automated fare payment system in public transport;

• improve ATTO system efficiency, monitor service quality, and analyze results;
